This service includes a deep dive into your preferences, including an in-home consultation, an understanding of your inspirations, and a follow-up session to finalize your unique selection of fabric, hardware, and trim. We’ll handle the design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of your custom window treatments.

Regardless of which service package your project requires, we always begin with a brief Discovery Call. During this 15 minute call, we discuss the overall scope of your window treatment project and determine whether we are the right fit for your needs. If we both agree to move forward, we’ll arrange for an onsite consultation.

The onsite consultation allows our team to get to know you and your project better. During this 90 minute meeting, we will be taking measurements and photos and have a detailed discussion about the best custom window treatment solutions based on your style, goals, and functional needs.
You will receive a custom quote within one week of our consultation.

After you sign our contract and make your deposit, we will create a window covering design based on what we have discussed at the consultation and present it to you for review and revision. Design plans often require a few weeks to prepare, and we’ll keep you updated as we move through the process. Your design plan will be refined based on your feedback prior to implementation.

After our Design Presentation, we will make any revisions and reselections necessary based on your comments. Once we have received your approval on all product selections, we will begin the procurement and fabrication of your window coverings.

As we approach the end of the project, we will prepare for and schedule our installation date - the Final Reveal. We will be present during installation and you can rest assured that our qualified installer will put your window coverings together with care and skill, including any top treatments and motorization components.
